Swipe Type iOS 13 Only Floating On iPad?

IPad — Does swipe work on the standard keyboard or only on the floating version. If it works on standard how do I turn it on?

QuickPath only works on the small floating version of the iPad keyboard. It’s basically an “iPhone sized keyboard only” feature.

Thanks … as I thought. Back to Gboard… disappointing as Apple’s board has many useful features. Dislike switching…

Off topic sorta — I’m also having problems with getting wifi to work. Good connection when first installed now absolute refusal to connect. Going to let it sulk maybe it will reconsider.

EDIT — Found the problem app 1.1.1.1 update messed up the connection … needed to approve up grade …Now WiFi works again.
