I just got a 2024 IPad Pro and it’s great. Only problem I have is when I try to use the Textexpander onscreen keyboard, it pops up “scrunched” down with the rows of keys only ⅓ height. It’s still readable and useable, but not the regular sized keyboard. The Apple onscreen keyboard pops up in a normal size. Any suggestions to a fix for expanding the TextExpander onscreen keyboard to normal size. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling on the iPad Pro, but that didn’t help. Thanks!
Edit: It’s probably better to describe the onscreen TE keyboard as vertically “distorted” with the keys only about ⅓ normal height but normal width.
If you cycle through the keyboard options by pressing the Textexpander logo on-screen a couple times it resets back to the full size keyboard.
I tried cycling through several time but it never returned to normal. Any other ideas?
Be sure rotation lock is off and try moving the iPad between landscape and portrait.

I tried both and that didn’t help either.
Did Smile / Text Expander abandon iOS & iPadOS ? Neither are in the App Store right now.
There is a new beta version
This is what I see in vertical vs horizontal orientations. What do you see?
Here’s what I get:
(I’m currently using TextExpander 4.6.5)
Their tech support usually responds quickly - not sure why you would have such a different display.
Thank you, @rkaplan , for your suggestions. I’ll reach out to TextExpander’s tech support.
I installed this and it’s just the TE7 keyboard we have been beta testing for a year.
I still have the squished keyboard, too. Worked through the suggestions here, to no avail (but appreciate the help!!)
