It’s fitting to express my gratitude on this uniquely American holiday of Thanksgiving to everyone on this forum who has been so helpful to me. The advice, solutions to technical issues, patience, and general kindness and generosity displayed by members of this forum have been a blessing and are deeply appreciated.
