Report any issues now and every version that’s released.
Having been a member of AppleSeed (the invitational beta testing program) for many years now, bug reports are addressed however complaints about changes to functionality are inevitably replied with “works as intended”. They don’t want a critique about their design decisions.
I don’t run betas so I can’t contribute. I really love the idea of glass interface and support it, but the screenshot of control center glass panel over the home screen icons is comically bad.
Just chiming in here, I agree it’s a good time to report any issues while things are still in flux. Even if Apple doesn’t always act on feedback about design choices, bug reports at least have a shot at making it through. I’m not running the beta either, but I’m keeping an eye on forums and release notes to see how things evolve, especially with the new UI elements.
They may be, but if you take the changes to Safari a few years ago (i can’t remember the details, it may have been the compact tab bar) Apple quickly relented because they received sufficient feedback that it was hated.
