Things 3 - can't see times in Today view?

I am in task app try-out mode. I used Things for a long time, but then moved on to GoodTask for a while, and am currently in a honeymoon period with Todoist. However, the lack of a Mac-specific app is grinding a little, and I get to hankering for the Mac-native nature of Things.

However - one thing that used to bother me a little, and now a lot (as I have gotten used to certain aspects of GoodTask and Todoist) — is there a way to have reminder times show up in the Today view? (or any view for that matter)? It appears I have to click and expand the task to see any applicable time reminder. I assume this is by design to keep the main view cleaner, but if anyone knows a workaround I am missing I would love to hear it. I personally like seeing in a day’s view any timed reminders I have assigned at a glance, without having to click them to see.

I don’t think so. There’s just an icon indicating an item has a reminder. While not ideal- you could add the time of the reminder to the title of the item. “Complete Underhill report - :bell: 5:00pm”

You can show a list of items with timed reminders with a shortcut.
Using Apple Shortcuts - Things Support - can modify “show today’s reminders”
