I am looking for a longer Thunderbolt 4 cable than what came with my Studio Display so I can move my MBP off my desk. Does anyone have any good recommendations for a non-Apple cable (and cheaper than Apple) or do I need to “splurge” on the Apple cable?
I have been using Monoprice Thunderbolt cables with good results

Definitely go with personal recommendations. I carefully shopped for a Thunderbolt cable on Amazon, didn’t buy the cheapest, checked all the specs, and my Studio Display did not want to know about it.
Bought a couple of Caldigit TB4 cables and not had any issues with them.
