Just wondering if anyone has any experience combining time tracking with other dimensions of quantified self.
Now that I’ve finally developed a decent tracking habit, I’m curious about the factors that influence “good” days vs “bad” days. It should be possible to track, say, moving-the-needle hours and compare it with factors like sleep, caffeine, breaks, mindfulness minutes, and so on.
What’s the best way to do this, I wonder?
