Ah, fair fair. My wife has the MX Master and really likes it. It’s nice, but I want Touch ID more than I want what that offers. (And silver. I’m a sucker for silver.)

Would using an Apple Watch be an alternative?
I just realized that I have been doing exactly that the last 2 years, when using my personal Apple keyboard (without Touch ID) in combination with my work’s MacBook Pro (with Touch ID)…
