Anyone else having trouble the App Store terms after updating to iOS 16?

I have trouble on iPad OS 15.7….
On iOS 16 I have no problems accessing the terms.
Yes. I cannot accept them. Which means no app updates for the time being.
„An error occurred. Try again later.“
Apple seems to get hammered right now.
I supect that people downloading iOS 16 are causing server issues, so yes, hammered.
Yes! After I agree to the terms, then an error message “There was an error. Please try later.”
Just tried again, didn’t need to accept terms again and apps updating ok.
