True desktop browser on iPad?

My goal is to work with QuickBooks online on the iPad but without the ability to access by browser it is not working.

Yes, there is a QuickBooks app BUT it does not have all the features necessary to really use it (for instance, you can’t reconcile with the app).

And yes, I’ve tried the Safari “Request Desktop Site” and it still doesn’t work.

I have iCab and Chrome, but neither are solutions (or perhaps I don’t know how to configure them).

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.

Good information, not sure how to proceed but per another comment my attempt to set icab up to “hide” as a desktop browser- my interpretation of the post.
