Used Apple Watch

My 10 year son has ADHD (as do I FWIW). He is using an old Apple Watch wifi, and loves it. But it is still connected to my wife’s account as it is too old to do family setup. We want to get him a used one (1) that can take advantage of family setup but (2) is not too expensive (because he is 10) — around US$125.00. Macsparky used to advertise a place to buy and sell used Apple stuff, but I can’t remember what it was.

Can anyone help, or advise a place to look?
