I removed the tab, reloaded after iPad restart, and still there…
but just on this ipad.
Strange!
Even stranger is the thumbnail that my 1password entry for MPU Talk has pulled - the old 5by5 podcast artwork!

Ha, 1P does that with my login too!
I’ve been fighting this on my Mac for sometime, except the favicon I get is the one from Mac Stories. I did something that fixed it, but it eventually reverted back.
At least yours is mac related… mine is part of the empire of evil
