I saw some active discussions around using audio notes. I am sharing an app that is launched by the founder of buymeacoffee.com and can be used to transcribe audio notes.
The voice accuracy is quite good. You can add tags also ask your entries of several questions. There is already an iOS app and other platforms are forthcoming. The web app works quite well.
