Wanted: Pencil Pro Holder on iPad Pro M4 11”

I bought a new iPad Pro M4 11". The one thing I miss is a proper pencil holder. I’m scared to death I’m going to lose the Pencil. I previously had a CoverBuddy pencil holder, and that was awesome, but they don’t yet have one available for the new iPads.

Has anyone found a Pencil holder that works for his new generation of iPad Pros and Pencil Pros?

I have not, but as far as losing the pencil, if you mean simply forgetting where you placed it, have you enabled Find My with the new Pencil Pro? (Assuming you bought the pro version.)

I know this doesn’t specifically answer your question. Sorry.

Yes, I have enabled that. Thanks. I’m just trying to keep from losing it in the first place.

I hear you on that. Good luck with your search and let us know if you find anything good. Cheers!

@MichaelHyatt I use something similar to these (the ones I ordered a few years ago aren’t on Amazon anymore). It’s…ok.

Doesn’t the new iPads have magnetic holder for the pencil as before? :flushed:

(I understand that you may want a more sturdy solution though)

They do, but have you ever tried putting an iPad in your bag with the Pencil magnetically attached?

It comes off. Every. Single. Time.

The Pencil will be somewhere in the bag, but there’s nothing “safe” about that magnet.

I leave my pen on my iPad Air at all times, but I put my iPad in a sleeve. So the pen doesn’t go anywhere.

I’m going to give this a shot. It’s worth using until CoverBuddy has a version for the iPad Pro M4.

I have a padded case for the ipad which has a zipped pouch and in goes the pencil.

But you have to admire its consistency :grinning:.

Around the house my Apple Pencil is usually charging on my iPad. But when the iPad goes in the bag, it takes its place next to my regular pens.

Steve Jobs would be screaming at you now…

The only acceptable solutions is make the bezel a little wider and drill a hole in the top.

I have purchased a couple of these and am very happy with them particularly for the price. I do purchase ‘skins’ on etsy and if the ‘skin’ gets funky, I have to buy a new one. . and consequently a new pencil holder. Probably my OCD at work.
