I thought it might be a helpful thread to track the kinds of things we’re trying with AI Siri and if it’s able to handle them or not. I’ll start.
I asked Siri to “Delete my meeting with David tomorrow” and it picked the right meeting and confirmed I wanted it deleted. (Unsure if it would’ve done this before, does anyone know?)
I haven’t watched Apple Intelligence closely, so I don’t know what was already possible either or what’s delayed until future 18.x releases. Also, I’m not trying to dunk on AI–these are things I’ve naturally thought to try before looking them up the manual way, that I think should be possible.
“Show me my overdue tasks.” (Submitted to Omni as a feature request.)
“Join my next Zoom meeting” seemed to translate to the right shortcut wording and prompted an install.
Zoom then ate it, but that’s not Apple’s fault, I think…
“Show me photos of my kids/my photos of ____ wearing orange” etc. returns images that are relevant in every way except they’re someone else’s photos. 
You are braver than me. I have never, and may never, use the word Delete when talking to Siri. 
Most of the time I’m asking her to shut up, as she’s butting into conversations with us, the TV, music…
I’ve asked her (Mac Siri) to set timers. And two different timers with names. She did that really well👍
I’ve also asked her to show me my recent opened PowerPoints and she sent me to websites 
Is there a difference between normal Siri and “AI Siri”?
In Sweden we don’t have AI Siri yet, I think (?).
However, for Siri I use:
I have tried to do other things but it always fails. It will be interesting to see how capable the Apple Intelligence will be, maybe the smart in “Smartphone” soon will live up to its’ name (I doubt it).

In that post, I see that OpenAI integration isn’t coming until 18.2, which I didn’t realize. I’ve been asking it for things assuming it had LLM-level interpretability, but not yet. Will be interesting to see how it changes once it does.
AFAIK AI Siri doesn’t exist. And I’m starting to think it may not for a couple of years.
Will someone tell me if AI Siri can distinguish or have a setting to always turn you into ewe? Or can I set a simple spoken command that will be sure I get the right one when I attempt to dictate notes?
