I bought a Herman Miller Aeron last year with most of the upgrades plus a 3rd party headrest. It was very expensive but worth it imho. Prior to that I had a much older Aeron that I had bought used and fixed up.
The old Aeron went to my gaming desk and the new one is at my productivity desk.
They are pretty comfy , adjustable, and you can get replacement parts for them to make them last longer.
The Herman Miller Aeron felt great in the store, but after a day of sitting on it, I had to send it back. Something just felt off, but based on this thread, I seem to be in the minority.
Now, I’m considering the Steelcase Leap, but I need to find out if it also restricts your sitting position like the Aeron does.
That’s a fantastic deal! I bought a Zody in 2014 for many multiples of what you paid. It was a great chair but it died in 2023. I replaced it with a Haworth Fern, which I also like quite a bit.
