Can anyone give recommendations for a thermostat to use with HomeKit? I would prefer to have one that runs in HomeKit without the assistance of homebridge or home assistant.
I’ve got an ecobee and am pretty happy with it.

So it sounds like Ecobee is it. Is there a particular model any of you would recommend?
Honeywell Lyric T9 w/ 2 remote humidity/temp/motion sensor modules. Solid as a rock for us.

2 ecobee units paired with 4 sensors each. #imo it does a fantastic job regulating temps and like the eco+ settings.
We have ecobee3 which is no longer available. Looking at the different models it really depends on what functions you want it to be involved with.

For electric heat — baseboard, fan, mini split, Mysa is an excellent product.

Ecobee will be the most full featured thermostat that integrates with HomeKit. It’s what I’ve been using for years. It’s the one most similar to Nest.
