Does anyone have a suggestion for something useful that I can use it for? I can only come up with photo frame…

Stick it to the fridge, and
have Notes.app open,
then you can have an always-synced shopping list in your phone
Donate it to a charity. Someone would probably be glad to get it.
I put old tech on our equivalent of Craigslist for a very cheap price (just symbolic) and add “students only”. While some stuff might seem useless to us power users, for students with very little income it still might be usable.
I’ve got an old iPad mini that I use as an ebook reader. That’s about the only thing it’s fit for, but I quite like it for that purpose.
If you have a raspberry pi, or a mac with a linux VM, maybe try MagicMirror?
Run the page in a fullscreen browser app and voila; useful ipad mini again
I just found my wife’s old iPad mini: 2012, iOS 9.3.6.
Good to use as a reader and for article based websites. I wouldn’t call it archaic yet, quaint might be a better description.
