What you like about Monterey

Better goto in Finder. shift-cmd-g finally gives you fuzzy search, so I don’t need to type out arduously long file paths. Still investigating how much of an impact Low Power mode has, but I might like it…

Aside from that… focus modes on macOS aren’t really useful to me, although they are on iOS. My main use of Shortcuts on iOS is to replicate my macOS scripts so no use for that either. AirPlay to Mac seems like it could be useful but I don’t think I’ll have many scenarios that need it.

On the serious side, I think that Monterey has fixed the mDNSresponder bug that was causing me to reboot Big Sur every day.

On the fun side, I am loving my pink and turquoise cursor – I think I read about how to set this up here on MacPowerUsers, but just in case, here is the setting:

All the while the betas have been out, and I am only just hearing about this pointer colour option. :exploding_head:
