Judging by observation, a home Mac Power User is someone who uses more than just Safari (or perhaps Chrome). So much stuff is just browser based these days. A business Mac Power User uses automation to speed up repetitive tasks.
Tinkering doesn’t make a Power User, as that can just be a time sink.
I worked an additional 33 years after seeing my first PC. And most of the people I knew that had time to “tinker” with their computers were executives.
