My Mac doesn’t have a battery 
In all seriousness though, all my apple products (iPhone, iPad, Airpods) run at 80% battery limit so I can squeeze more life out of them. Honestly, it has not been an issue at all with all the portable chargers I have.
My MBP M3 Max max battery cap is 92% after almost three years of heavy daily use. It’s also set to optimal charging. I’ll probably end up replacing the box before I replace the battery.

The Max Capacity of my MI MacBook Pro is 98%. I was, coincidentally, checking the battery cycles earlier this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised.
My 16 month old MacBook Air is at 97%. It’s my server and stays plugged in 90% of the time.
My roughly 18 month old MacBook Pro is at 100% despite not having come off the charger for more than 20 minutes since I was travelling in Asia 10 months ago. I have it hold the 80% level although lately I’ve been noticing that’s more like 77-78%.
My M1 Air, in service since December 2020, is sitting at 81% with 861 cycles on it.
85% on an M3 Max. Guessing I’ll replace the battery next year, regardless of when I hand down/replace the laptop.
My M1 MBP is suprisingly at 100%
I’m on the M3 Pro, will probably just replace the battery. No real drive to replace it.
