Cotton bureau are great for clothing, and they ar expanding their range. OmniGroup have been using Society 6 and they seem to offer everything pretty much!
I’ve used StickerMule for stickers (other stuff too, but don’t think they do wearables) and have been happy with them & customer service. Have a promo I think you can get a sample pack for $1.
