Word Cloud photo editing app?

Hi all,

I am looking to re-discover this app. I had it on my phone forever. At some point I must have deleted it.

Does anyone know an app that would fill a picture with a word cloud like this?

The App Store seems like a trash fire when I looked it up.

Any help would be appreciated.

(That’s me kissing my 2 year old daughter in front of the Sailor coming home statue in San Diego. Great memory!)
