Workflow for having saving links to GoodLinks on machines with different AppleIDs

I want to save my “read it later” links to GoodLinks, unfortunately I have two sets of devices Mac/iPad/iPhone with different AppleIDs … and since GoodLinks uses iCloud to sync I have problem.

Does anyone have a suggestion for how I can save links from set A devices to set B where I have GoodLinks installed? I currently handle it by saving links to Notes, share the note and then copy the links to GoodLinks.

Hmm, how about an automated shortcut to read lines from that shared note, send to GoodLinks and delete the line?

Goodlinks for Mac has an export/import feature. You should be able to export a json file from iCloud1 and import it into iCloud2

Sometimes I’m truly, truly, TRULY stupid … I already have a working solution for this, which I perhaps use 20-30 times per day but for a slightly different use case. I was looking for different way of implementing your suggestions and wanted to look something up, and clicked on URL Manager Pro … which of course handles this use case also, I’ve only used it as a bookmark app and didn’t make the connection “save links to a read-it-later app on one device and sync with another device”.

I’m so stupid!

Everybody makes mistakes. Have you ever ordered the wrong part and paid extra for overnight delivery? :grinning:

In comparison … I made a minor mistake
