I’ve upgraded my iPhone 7 to iOS12 and, of course, dowloaded the Shortcuts app.
So, now I have the WF icon, Shortcuts UI, and workflow message on “open in” action… what a mess!
Ideas??
I saw the same thing but it went away after a day or so. Could just be a caching issue. You could try deleting the Shortcut app and re-installing it. Your shortcuts/workflows should all be stored in iCloud so they’ll be restored once you fire the app up again if it really bothers you.

Yes, try to update to Shortcuts from AppStore then restart the phone.
