Looks very interesting, thanks for bringing it to my attention. I like the tiling/split view options, workspaces, and profiles, and that it’s not yet another Chromium browser. I assume it uses Firefox extensions, though I don’t see any mention of that on the site.
But having to bypass gatekeeper for a browser is a bit of a no, no for me.
Yes it does. It seems there is a new wave of Firefox based browser (Floorp, Zen) and they all seem to target Firefox’s weakest point: the general UI of the browser. Interestingly, Firefox seems to have realised that and they are now adding stuff like vertical tabs and tab groups are in the pipeline.
Sadly, Zen does too little at the moment (it only has vertical tabs, a feature that is already in Firefox Nightly) and adds “Workspaces” (they do not seem to sync) and a “Sidebar” that allows you to have preloaded apps always available, like Vivaldi does.
Not enough, for the moment, to install a web browser that bypass Gatekeeper.
