Google Domains Out of Beta

hey MPU,

Received an e-mail today that Google Domains is out of beta and they are offering a discount of 30% for new domains or transfer-ins. I have a handful of domains in Google Domains, and the remainder is on GoDaddy. About 2 years ago, I had started the process of moving the domains that I could over to Google, because I liked the cheaper flat rate, plus not getting nickeled and dimed by GoDaddy for everything at checkout or their renewals.

However, after reading this thread and a few others on the forums, I am wondering if it’s a bad idea to use Google Domains (or worse that I am using @gmail) for this service? Would it be better to have it all under a G Suite account?

AFAIK, you can use domain managed by Google but not use other Google services such as email , drive, etc. It should be you choice whether you use and connect G suite servcies to that

Do you have the coupon code for that? I only see a 20% off code

DOMAINS20 is your code
