macOS Catalina updates after leaving beta

Hi all,

I was on the Catalina beta track for the last couple of Public Beta’s and it’s working fine.
When it was unleashed on the general population I opted out of the beta in System Preferences.

Yesterday there was a supplemental fix but when checking updates I just get
“Your Mac is up to date - macOS Catalina Beta 10.15”

Aside from wiping and starting again or reentering the beta track again, does anyone know of another option to get it install the general release updates?

TIA

This is exactly what I did.

going to do that now as well
But can anyone tell me how?

pressing the download button jumps me into the system settings software update window, which throws an error.
