I’ve been using Beyond Compare for over 10 years. I started using it at work, then bought my own license. It’s well worth the small amount of money they charge for it. It works on both Mac and Windows and the haven’t gone to a subscription model yet.
It has even gotten better reviews than Araxis Merge
